About the role The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule

Your ResponsibilitiesAs an
IT - UIUC Part-Time Student for
John Deere World Headquarters located in
Champaign, IL, you will:
- Collaborate with senior developers and other students to build full-stack applications
- Pitch, design, and build new features for internal software products
This position is NOT available to students on immigration visasWhat Skills You Need - Ideally you will be pursuing a Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or related
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical team members
- Ability to learn quickly
- 1 or more years' experience with a programming language
- Quantitative discipline; others may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited university/college
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work 10 hours per week in the office
- Available to work 10-20 hours/weekly during the academic year
- Available to work 40 hours/weekly during the summer semester
