Are you an experienced Business Process Services (BPS) Leader with a strong background in Insurance Operations, Operational Transformation, and AI-driven Process Excellence?
We're looking for a Sr. Manager Insurance Operations & BPS to lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, manage global delivery teams, and drive AI-enabled business outcomes for one of the world's leading technology organizations.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in BPS/BPO, Process Transformation, or Large-Scale Service Delivery
4+ years managing large global teams with direct reports
Experience leading a Business Process Services (BPS) organization or a significant portion of one
Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Operational Excellence
Experience managing P&L, budgets, workforce planning, KPIs, quality & productivity
Insurance domain experience (P&C, Life & Annuity, Specialty Insurance) is highly preferred
Exposure to AI, Smart Apps, Intelligent Automation, Digital Operations, or AI-enabled Transformation
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Preferred Background:
BPS/BPO Organizations: EXL, Cognizant, Shearwater Health, Sunderland, and other leading consulting/service providers
Insurance Technology Platforms:
Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens
What You'll Do:
Lead enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives
Drive AI-powered insurance operations and automation
Manage global delivery teams and strategic client relationships
Support business growth through solutioning, upselling, and operational excellence
Improve claims, underwriting, policy administration, and customer experience through AI and analytics
