Jr Scrum Master, you will:
Details: Need junior candidate with 2-3 years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Must Haves:- 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
- Remove blockers and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog.
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Preferred Skills:- Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment.
