Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and career-oriented individuals interested in starting their careers as Scrum Masters. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a passion for Agile methodologies, project coordination, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams.
  • Assist in maintaining project backlogs and sprint boards.
  • Help identify and remove project impediments.
  • Track sprint progress and prepare status reports.
  • Ensure Agile best practices are followed throughout project execution.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Support documentation and project coordination activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Office, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Agile mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
