Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to resolving complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role also involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Analyze and resolve multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverable requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to achieve project goals.
- Act as an architect, leading technology initiatives and advancing the roadmap.
- Work hands-on with the Power Platform, including Canvas and Power Automate.
- Support action plan implementation and handle regular upgrade cycles.
- Communicate effectively with both business and IT platform groups.
Qualifications: - 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2-4 years of experience with Power Platform (Canvas, Power Automate).
- 1-2 years of experience as an architect.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Software Architecture and Design.
- Ability to work hands-on with minimal functional experience (90% hands-on keyboard).
- Experience in AI Solution Development and Presentation Skills is a plus.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
