Compensation:
Pay Range: $44.90-$64.14 Per HR

Job Summary:
• A large financial services enterprise is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own product planning and execution for Data Retention and Electronic Communication Supervision technologies. • • This is a high-visibility role supporting regulatory retention, supervision, and eDiscovery capabilities across all business units.

Required:
• 7+ years technical product management experience in financial services or banking
• Strong Proofpoint experience (required)
• Deep knowledge of data retention, electronic communications supervision, and eDiscovery regulatory requirements
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and managing the full product lifecycle
• Knowledge of data management, data analytics, archival, and messaging technologies
• SDLC and Agile methodology experience
• Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills

Preferred:
• Experience with archival, messaging, or data analytics platforms
• Product Management certification
• Prior experience in a high-volume, highly regulated financial institution
