This role involves leading comprehensive testing activities for applications in the insurance sector. Based in Charlotte, NC, the position is a contract opportunity. The candidate will manage test planning, execution, and defect tracking, while ensuring compliance with QA standards. Expertise in various testing tools and methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for insurance applications.
- Manage test planning, execution, and status reporting.
- Design and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Coordinate various testing activities including SIT, Regression, and UAT.
- Drive test automation initiatives and improve test coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 15 years of QA experience with 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in the insurance domain and policy lifecycle.
- Proficiency in test management and tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
