Job Summary

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tools Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Software Engineer 4 (AI Test Engineer) to support the development and delivery of next-generation AI-enabled identity solutions. This role will focus on quality engineering, test automation, AI/ML validation, and enterprise application testing for strategic IAM initiatives including access automation, identity governance, self-service access management, and AI-driven identity platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, automated testing, AI/ML validation, and modern web application development utilizing React and Java. This individual will partner closely with engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and end users to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

This position requires a proven ability to design and develop automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, validate AI model behavior, and drive quality initiatives across enterprise modernization programs.
Key Responsibilities
Software Engineering & Technical Leadership
  • Lead complex technology initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.

  • Support testing and validation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications and platforms.

    • Identity Governance
    • Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
    • Agentic Identity Initiatives
  • Ensure seamless integration between identity platforms, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to validate security controls and access management functionality within highly regulated environments.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, product managers, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile delivery processes and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure complete testing coverage.
  • Create detailed end-to-end testing scenarios covering interfaces, integrations, workflows, and business processes.
  • Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, military experience, training, or education.
  • 5+ years of software testing experience supporting enterprise web applications.

  • Experience supporting enterprise IAM applications, automation initiatives, and large-scale technology modernization efforts.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
