Lead MarTech stack assessment and rationalization initiatives, identifying overlapping capabilities, underutilized licenses, and consolidation opportunities across the marketing technology portfolio.

Negotiate commercial, operational, legal, governance, and risk-related terms - including data processing agreements, data residency, subprocessor management, security requirements, and exit and data portability provisions - while balancing stakeholder objectives, speed to market, and enterprise risk tolerance.
Draft, review, and manage contract language to address evolving business, technology, regulatory, and market requirements.
