Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor cybersecurity and third-party risk activities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for risk management processes.
- Develop business use cases, user stories, and functional requirements to support GRC initiatives.
- Manage enhancement requests and coordinate system testing activities, including UAT and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and user experience improvements.
- Act as a liaison between cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.
- Support data governance activities to maintain the integrity of information used in risk management.
- Prepare documentation for audit, compliance, and regulatory activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Experience with GRC toolsets and vendor management software.
- Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, PMP, CRISC, or CISA.
- Audit experience to understand risk management processes better.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Strong understanding of GRC principles and frameworks.
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and test case development.
- Familiarity with vendor risk management and disaster recovery processes.
