We are looking for D365 F&O/eComm Lead for our client in Chicago, IL

Job Title: D365 F&O/eComm Lead

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of experience in D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel.
Experience in multi-tenant / multi-brand CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of Customer 360 / CDP integration models.
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities:

Define technology foundations required for Phase 1, covering architecture, platform, environments, infrastructure, integration approaches, tooling, and non-functional requirements.
Lead the design and implementation of the Unified Experience layer for the Skylark platform, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform.
Establish design standards, data models, and CRM-led experience patterns across the platform.
Drive the design and implementation of B2B/B2C commerce flows, financial operations, and cross-system orchestration with CE and external channels.
