Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale IT application and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end software development programs, cross-functional global teams, and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role requires expertise in program execution, stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, risk management, Agile delivery, and software development lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects and programs from initiation through successful delivery.

• Manage large-scale software development, application integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Create and manage project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Partner with engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and global teams.

• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and release management.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

• Provide clear project status updates and executive-level communication.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.

• Strong end-to-end Program and Project Management experience.

• Extensive experience managing software development or application development projects.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.

• Experience with Project Charter creation and project planning.

• Budget Management and Resource Planning.

• Risk and Issue Management.

• Strong Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication skills.

• Experience managing cross-functional and global teams.

• Sprint Planning and Release Management experience.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

• Strong experience with Confluence.

• Experience with MS Project.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong leadership, strategic alignment, and change management skills.
