Genesis10 is currently seeking a Tines Automation Engineer - Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Washington, DC. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity. This role requires working directly with stakeholders to implement, configure, and maintain automation workflows using Tines. The position involves strong technical expertise in automation orchestration, API integrations, and secure system connectivity. The ideal candidate will design and deliver automation stories that integrate multiple security and cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Tines automation platform
- Integrate SSO and connect Tines to external repositories and password vaults
- Configure on-prem Cloudflare tunnels for secure connectivity
- Work with AWS Bedrock for AI-driven integrations
- Build automation stories that orchestrate across CrowdStrike, Tanium, Splunk, Anvilogic, ThreatQ, and other common EDR, SIEM, and cloud environments
- Write and debug automation logic in Python
- Review and interpret Tines logs for troubleshooting and optimization
- Create detailed technical documentation for all orchestration workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to set up integrations and follow enterprise change management processes
Requirements: - Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Tines
- Experience integrating SSO, external repositories, and password vaults
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Proficiency with Git for version control
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience configuring Cloudflare tunnels and working with AWS Bedrock
- Strong understanding of IT security concepts and practices
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot Tines logs
- Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Experience with Scrum or other agile development methodologies
Desired skills: - Tines Certifications (both entry-level certifications preferred)
Pay range: $83.09 - $91.09 per hour
