Job Description:The Infrastructure team is looking for a Sr. Storage Engineer. We are seeking a skilled Sr. Storage Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join our team at Cboe Global Markets. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays. Additionally, the candidate needs in-depth knowledge of Linux multipath and Cisco MDS Fibre Channel switching.
Your responsibilities will be: - Design, implement, and manage storage solutions, primarily using Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays.
- Collaborate with storage vendors on installation, upgrades, and replacements of storage arrays.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of storage systems.
- Administer Cisco MDS Fibre Channel switches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on storage projects and requests.
- Document processes and maintain Cboe's Global standards for storage system architecture.
The ideal candidate has - 7+ years of experience in storage engineering.
- Strong expertise in Hitachi storage solutions: OpsCenter Admin, CM-REST, Analyzer, and RAIDCOM
- Deep understanding of Fibre Channel switching layer with an ability to troubleshoot.
- Familiarity with Pure Storage arrays.
- Proficient in RHEL multipath configuration for various array types.
- Eagerness to work with and learn from the team.
You'll really stand out with: - Detailed knowledge of the Hitachi and Pure array model lines.
- Troubleshooting skills for Fibre Channel performance issues.
- Ability to write and understand scripts used for automation of data collection tasks.
- Experience with software-defined and object storage solutions.
- Knowledge of data replication options and when to utilize each.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $102,850-$133,100, with actual compensation determined by job-related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.
This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
