BizTech Fusion is looking for a Senior Microsoft Solution Engineer to join our internal Technical Team. We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft/Azure professional with strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical resource within the BizTech Fusion Technical Team.
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft solutions.
- Develop technical architectures and solution designs.
- Lead technical discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Participate in customer-facing technical meetings and solution discussions.
- Support proof-of-concept and demonstration activities.
- Develop technical approaches, implementation plans, and statements of work.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft technology issues.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, architects, engineers, and customers.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and determine their applicability to customer solutions.
- Support Microsoft solution assessments, migrations, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
- When applicable, support Dynamics 365 / Business Central technical discovery, architecture, integration, and implementation activities.
Preferred / Additional Expertise
- Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central experience
- Dataverse and Power Platform
- Dynamics integrations with Azure and Microsoft 365
- Experience participating in Dynamics implementations or technical discovery
Microsoft Certifications
Candidates should have a strong portfolio of Microsoft certifications relevant to Azure, security, networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
The following certifications are highly preferred:
- AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
- AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate
- SC-200 Security Operations Analyst Associate
- MS-700 Teams Administrator Associate
- AZ-305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
- AZ-700 Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions
- AZ-140 Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
Candidates should provide a current Microsoft Learn transcript/certificate for verification.
Additional relevant Microsoft certifications will also be considered.
