Job Description
We are seeking a Back End Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full lifecycle application development, object-oriented design, software analysis, and performance optimization and a proven ability to design, build, integrate, and maintain scalable, reliable back-end services.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full lifecycle application development from design through deployment and maintenance.
- Design, code, and debug applications in relevant software languages.
- Perform software, code, and requirements analysis, including reviews and identification of code metrics.
- Conduct system risk and software reliability analysis to improve stability.
- Apply object-oriented design and analysis (OOA/OOD) and create software models and simulations.
- Collaborate on front-end graphical user interface integration with back-end services.
- Plan and execute software testing and quality assurance activities.
- Tune performance, improve usability, and implement automation for efficiency.
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality for ongoing operations.
- Integrate software with existing systems and services.
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation and maintain standards compliance.
- Implement localization or globalization features as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in back-end programming languages and SQL or similar data technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across the software lifecycle.
- Experience with object-oriented design, software modeling, and system integration.
- Demonstrated capability in testing, QA, performance tuning, and automation.
- Undergraduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with standards compliance, localization/globalization, and reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with front-end integration and UI considerations for back-end services.
