Mission: Quantum is seeking an
Integration Engineer to provide technical and systems integration expertise in support of complex government programs. This position is responsible for customer engagement, requirements development, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination among stakeholders, technical teams, cybersecurity personnel, and operational users.
Responsibilities:- Serve as a technical subject matter expert supporting system integration activities.
- Act as a liaison between customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Perform requirements development, analysis, prioritization, and integration activities.
- Translate customer and operational needs into technical requirements and implementation strategies.
- Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, development, test, and cybersecurity teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Participate in system testing, validation, demonstrations, and operational assessments.
- Represent the organization during customer meetings, working groups, and technical exchanges.
- Facilitate collaboration among government representatives, mission partners, users, engineers, and developers.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are captured, analyzed, and incorporated into modernization and enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting government or defense-related programs preferred, in the design, integration, and analysis of military electronics, computer networking, super-minicomputers, microcomputers, and digital and graphic display systems.
- Experience with systems integration, requirements management, testing, troubleshooting, or technical program support preferred.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes, networking, cybersecurity, systems engineering, or DevSecOps practices preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, configuration management tools, and collaborative development environments preferred.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Desired Skills and Qualifications: - Understanding of - Analytics and providing findings in presentation.
- Experience managing DoD technical programs, projects, or task orders.
- Strong leadership, customer engagement, and team management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, software, cybersecurity, and operations personnel.
- Knowledge of requirements management, and systems integration processes.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, working groups, and executive briefings.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
