Role: Oracle SOA/MFT Lead

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle SOA/MFT Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and Managed File Transfer (MFT), with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role requires leadership in integration architecture, solution delivery, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of SOA Suite and MFT-based integration solutions.
Architect and implement secure, scalable integration frameworks across on-premise and cloud environments.
Manage file transfer workflows and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Integrate applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and leverage OCI services for hosting and scaling.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for integration systems.
Document integration processes, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, OSB).
Hands-on experience with Oracle MFT for secure file transfers.
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for SaaS and on-premise integrations.
Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON.
Solid understanding of integration patterns, security protocols, and middleware architecture.
Minimum 8 10 years of integration experience, with at least 3 4 years in a lead role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
Knowledge of API management and microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud migration projects involving Oracle middleware.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Oracle SOA, OCI, or OIC are a plus.
