A senior Java/React full-stack engineer with approximately 5–8 years of experience who enjoys hands-on development but can also mentor others and demonstrate leadership potential.
For Asim’s Full Stack position, prioritize strong Java/React developers who can mentor junior engineers and demonstrate leadership potential. The manager is flexible on front-end versus back-end depth, although the work is approximately 60% front end.
