Job Title- ServiceNow QA Test Engineer

Location: Columbus OH for Onsite work – Relocation is fine
Duration- 6-12 months CTH

Job Description:
Notes

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.).
Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure regression testing is efficient and thorough.
Verify that all platform configurations adhere to specified security controls and data privacy requirements consistent with FedRAMP standards.
4+ years of dedicated Software Quality Assurance experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience implementing and managing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile/Test Management) and automated testing tools (Selenium, etc., is a plus).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508 compliance) and security testing protocols.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ISTQB Certified Tester.

Must be able eligible to Get US Government Clearance.
