Genesis10 is currently seeking a Specialty Software Engineer - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Concord, CA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This is a high-visibility role supporting a major Agentic AI initiative within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) division. This is a true greenfield development opportunity focused on building and enhancing a multi-agent AI solution to automate marketing campaign orchestration. The ideal candidate is a strong Python software engineer with recent experience in LLM integration, RAG, and agent development who can write production-quality code and work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities: - Contribute to greenfield/net-new development of an Agentic AI solution
- Design, build, and enhance AI agents within a multi-agent architecture
- Develop production-quality Python code for a high-visibility initiative
- Integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) through internal platform APIs
- Work on automating the end-to-end marketing campaign orchestration process
- Take technical ownership and unblock challenges in an evolving environment
Requirements: - Strong software engineering skills with the ability to write production-quality Python code independently (5+ years preferred)
- Approximately 1 year of hands-on experience with Agentic AI
- Experience with LLM integration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases
- Knowledge of structuring data into knowledge graphs
- Experience in agent development and multi-agent architectures
- Experience building scalable, production-grade applications
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week in Concord, CA
- Must be able to interview in-person in Concord, CA
Desired skills: - Cloud experience (Google Cloud Platform or other transferable platforms)
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and curious with a strong willingness to learn
Pay range: $70.63 - $78.63 per hour
