Senior DevOps/Data Engineer
Location: Coopersburg, PA (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite/week)

Compensation: Up to $140K + Benefits (Flexible for Strong Candidates)
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior DevOps/Data Engineer with a strong emphasis on DevOps and cloud platform engineering. This role involves managing and enhancing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, platform upgrades, and supporting ETL/data pipelines within AWS environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, AWS cloud services, and a solid understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines, Redshift, Athena, and RDS.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and enhance Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance
- Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker
- Implement security fixes and vulnerability remediation
- Support cloud-native platform operations in AWS

- Modify and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines
- Support batch and real-time data processing workflows
- Work with AWS data services including Redshift, Athena, and RDS
- Assist with cloud data migration and modernization initiatives
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing data pipelines

- Execute integration, platform, and functional testing
- Validate infrastructure and application upgrades
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status reporting
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
