TITLE : 181801 - Sr. AI Engineer

Interview Process: 2-3 rounds. 1st, Zoom with HM. 2nd, Zoom with tech team and architect. Potential 3rd round with member of product team.

This Senior AI Engineer role is a hands-on position focused on designing, building, and delivering production-ready AI applications from concept through deployment. The engineer will develop solutions using large language models, AI agents, RAG, semantic search, and workflow automation to improve productivity, automate business processes, and create intelligent knowledge and decision-support capabilities. The role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience and strong development skills with Python, along with technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, React, and Next.js.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with LLM platforms and frameworks such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, as well as data engineering technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, ETL/ELT pipelines, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma. Strong cloud and platform engineering experience is also important, including AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, microservices, security, and scalable cloud-native architectures.
