Job Overview: The Journey Builder IV will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in journey building, customer experience design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in journey-building tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour
