The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Mission Systems Integration Manager to join Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Daytona Beach, Florida

The candidate will enable the Mission Systems organization to continue to expand its business base and will participate in advancing fighter aircraft technology by leading an Integration, Analysis and System Test Engineering team. The team is responsible for developing system/subsystem requirements, participating with Software engineers with real-time Operational Flight Program (OFP) development, subsystem/system testing, and evaluating system performance in Flight Test. Simulation and modeling is utilized to assist in requirements development, software development and offsets some Flight Test verification.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure that the team delivers safe and high-quality program products within cost and schedule
Coordination with program management, suppliers, customers and other Boeing teams
Provide technical, programmatic and process leadership to team members
Monitor team and supplier performance to ensure proper system integration and compliance with requirements
Support production with issue resolution for delivered hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Coach and mentor employees to ensure role clarity
Develop and maintain team processes for capability development
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

?Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor\'s or 3+ years of work-related experience with a Masters or PhD
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
9+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor?s or 7+ years of work-related experience with Masters or 4+ years with a PhD
3+ years of experience with Mission Systems
3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams
1+ years of experience with Cost Account Management, Earned Value Management
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience briefing senior leadership or customers
Experience with Agile development
Experience with DOORS

Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range:
