Job Overview:
Role Summary Client is seeking a Content Analyst with a strong focus on
AI Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Copilot AI Agents, AI Governance, and AI Enablement. This is not a traditional content role-the primary requirement is hands-on experience creating, testing, refining, and scaling AI prompts and workflows.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, optimize, and maintain AI prompts.
- Build prompt libraries, AI playbooks, and prompting standards.
- Lead AI-enabled communication initiatives using Microsoft Copilot.
- Establish AI governance and best practices.
- Train employees on effective AI prompting and adoption.
- Improve Copilot agent performance and AI-generated communications.
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline communication workflows.
- Support integrations with SharePoint, Adobe, and future Martech platforms.
Required Qualifications - Proven professional experience in AI Prompt Engineering.
- Experience creating, testing, iterating, and improving prompts.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
- Experience building reusable prompt frameworks and standards.
- Ability to train, coach, and support end users on AI adoption.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Copilot and Copilot AI Agent experience.
- AI governance and responsible AI experience.
- Development of AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and training materials.
- Telecom industry experience (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).
- Customer communications and content strategy experience.
