Top Required Skills:

• SharePoint Online administration and configuration
• SPFx/front-end development (React, TypeScript)
• Power Automate workflow development

Must-Have Skills:

• SharePoint Online site, list, library, and permission administration
• Experience configuring modern SharePoint pages, web parts, views, navigation, and metadata
• Front-end development using SPFx, React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate cloud flows
• Experience with SharePoint REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• JSON column formatting
• Accessibility and responsive web design experience
• Experience with Node.js, npm, Heft, and Yeoman toolchains
• Project coordination or project management experience
• Web development certification

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content structure
• Design, configure, and support modern SharePoint pages, navigation, web parts, and metadata
• Build and maintain SPFx solutions and integrate with SharePoint REST and Microsoft Graph APIs
• Design and support Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and content automation
• Support site owners with troubleshooting, best practices, and content updates
• Gather requirements, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 1 3 years of experience in web design, responsive design, or digital user experience
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
