DescriptionThe Data Quality Analyst is an individual contributor within the Data Quality team, responsible for executing data quality activities to ensure critical business data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across the enterprise data supply chain.
This role supports a project with an initial focus on delivering data quality outcomes aligned to Data Trust, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Architecture, and contributing to scalable, repeatable data quality processes.
Responsibilities:- Execute data quality activities supporting PCB data workstream delivery
- Translate business-defined data quality rules (including pseudo code) into technical specifications and SQL-based logic for implementation
- Validate that implemented rules align with business definitions, CDE requirements, and expected outcomes
- Profile and analyze data to identify quality issues across completeness, accuracy, consistency, and other standard dimensions
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline data profiling, rule development, monitoring, and issue management
- Apply data quality frameworks, including rule categorization, taxonomy, and standard data quality dimensions
- Monitor data quality using scorecards, metrics, and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Design and develop data quality reporting to track data health and rule performance
- Maintain data quality issue logs and support prioritization based on business impact
- Perform root cause analysis and partner with upstream teams on remediation
- Trace data across the data supply chain to validate integrity across systems
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to validate rules and data quality expectations
- Support documentation of metadata, business rules, and data definitions aligned to the Data Trust model
- Contribute to development of repeatable processes and standards for managing data quality at scale

Required Qualifications- Experience supporting enterprise data transformation programs
- Exposure to financial services or wealth management data domains
- Experience implementing or working within structured data quality frameworks (CDEs, scorecards, rule libraries)
- Experience integrating data quality outputs into enterprise reporting environments
- 3+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or data management
- Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large data sets
- Experience translating business rules or pseudo code into technical logic
- Experience with data profiling and data quality assessment techniques
- Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica Data Quality, Ataccama, Collibra DQ, Talend, Great Expectations or similar)
- Understanding of data quality concepts including rules, metrics, monitoring, and root cause analysis
- Experience with master data management tools, rules, configuration and data quality requirements is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, including rule categorization, taxonomy, and data quality dimensions
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata, lineage, and/or MDM concepts
- Ability to work across business and technical teams
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve efficiency and scale

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
