Epic Radiant Analyst (Interventional Radiology)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Epic Radiant Analyst to support and optimize Interventional Radiology workflows within a healthcare environment. This individual will work closely with Radiology leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot Epic Radiant functionality.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Radiology operations, specifically
Interventional Radiology (IR) processes, and experience supporting Epic Radiant through system enhancements, workflow optimization, issue resolution, upgrades, and ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for Epic Radiant, with a focus on Interventional Radiology workflows.
- Collaborate with radiologists, IR physicians, technologists, nurses, and operational leaders to identify and implement workflow improvements.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and user-reported incidents.
- Perform build, configuration, testing, and maintenance within the Epic Radiant application.
- Support Epic upgrades, quarterly releases, and enhancement initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions and application configurations.
- Develop and execute test scripts for system changes, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional Epic teams, including Cadence, Orders, ASAP, Cupid, and MyChart as needed.
- Maintain application documentation, workflows, and support materials.
- Ensure application functionality aligns with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-call support and production support activities as required.
Required Qualifications- Epic Radiant Certification (Required).
- 3+ years of Epic Radiant analyst experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience supporting Interventional Radiology workflows and operations.
- Strong understanding of radiology scheduling, imaging orders, procedural workflows, documentation, and charge capture processes.
- Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues.
- Experience with system upgrades, release management, and optimization initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Additional Epic certifications such as Cadence, Cupid, Orders, or Clinical Documentation.
- Experience supporting large health systems or academic medical centers.
- Knowledge of radiology interfaces, integrations, and ancillary imaging systems.
- Experience participating in Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
- Familiarity with procedural and surgical workflow integrations.

They will be comfortable balancing production support, optimization efforts, and strategic initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to clinical and operational stakeholders.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
