Job title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our team supporting Capital One. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, automation, customer journey orchestration, and API integrations. The candidate should be proficient in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and have experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Develop personalized and dynamic email campaigns using AMPscript and SSJS.
Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
Configure Automation Studio workflows for data imports, exports, and scheduled campaigns.
Develop reusable email templates and landing pages.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create SQL queries for audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
Troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams.
Ensure best practices for data security, compliance, and email deliverability.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and production deployments.
