Job DetailsQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation is a plus.
- Active CPA license required.
- 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
- Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for:
- High-net-worth individuals
- Partnerships
- S Corporations
- C Corporations
- Trusts and Estates
- Strong tax planning and consulting experience.
- Experience researching federal and state tax issues and providing practical client solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience reviewing staff work and mentoring junior professionals.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong technical tax research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with entrepreneurial businesses and privately held companies preferred.
- Proficiency with tax preparation and research software.
