Position: Telecom OSS Tester with AI/Agentic AI Experience
Location: New Jersey OR Dallas, TX

Job Description

We are seeking a Telecom OSS Tester with AI expertise who can contribute to both OSS testing initiatives and AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building AI agents, intelligent test automation frameworks, and leveraging Generative AI technologies while working in Telecom OSS environments.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Telecom OSS Testing experience.
Strong experience with:
- OSS/BSS Systems
- Service Provisioning
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Service Assurance
- Network Operations
Hands-on Automation Testing experience using Java, Python, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Experience building or integrating AI-powered testing solutions.
Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.

AI & Agent Development Experience:

Experience developing AI Agents using:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
Experience creating intelligent test agents for:
- Test Case Generation
- Test Data Creation
- Defect Analysis
- Root Cause Analysis
- Automated Regression Testing
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Experience with Vector Databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
Python development experience for AI workflows and automation.

Technical Skills:

API Testing (REST/SOAP)
SQL and Database Validation
GitHub/GitLab
Jenkins / CI-CD
Docker (Preferred)
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure preferred)

Preferred:

Experience with Telecom clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Charter, Comcast, T-Mobile, or Rogers.
Experience implementing AI-driven QA solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-based test automation.

Candidate Profile:

Telecom OSS Testing is mandatory.
Must have hands-on AI/Agent development experience, not just AI exposure.
Should be able to independently design AI-powered testing solutions and automation frameworks.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
