Job Description:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Assess current system architectures and collaborate with delivery teams to recommend optimal solution designs that align with business requirements.
Domain Ownership:
- Define comprehensive solutions across Pre-sales, Product Cataloging, Fulfillment, Order Processing, and Billing (OSS/BSS).
AI Innovation:
- Design and integrate GenAI capabilities and Agentic AI frameworks into telecom workflows, enabling autonomous decision-making, intelligent agent orchestration, and cognitive automation within OSS/BSS ecosystem boundaries.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between geographies, collaborating with and influencing various stakeholders across US and India teams.
Documentation & Governance:
Create highly technical documentation and visual blueprints of end-to-end solution architectures, ensuring strict adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
Mandatory skills:
AI & Advanced Tech Proficiency:
o Solid conceptual understanding of
o Generative AI,
o Large Language Models (LLMs), and Vector Databases.
o Familiarity with
o Agentic AI architectures
(e.g., multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, memory retention, and reasoning loops).
