Position: Systems Administrator - Direct Hire Permanent w/ Immediate Benefits
Location: Des Moines, IA - ONSITE IN OFFICE**IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW**
Salary: up to $105,000 base annual salary with benefits

Are you a technology expert versed in setting up and maintaining server hardware and software, services, Networking: Routers, Switches, firewalls - Cisco or Fortinet, reviewing system compatibility, and supporting enterprise infrastructure? Our client would interview you immediately!
Systems Administration, you will maintain servers, configure monitoring systems and provide technical support. Security experience is highly Preferred! You'll also get to collaborate with a dynamic team that values your expertise. Strong communication skills to the business! Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
What Technical Skills You Will Need:
Server management, system documentation, and staying up-to-date with technology
Managing servers in a Hybrid environment.
Windows AND MAC support experience
Active Directory support
MSP experience is a PLUS! But this company is NOT an MSP - Managed Service Provider.
Maintaining virtual environments and LAN/WAN connectivity
Application Support & connectivity to the network with different applications.
Utilize virtualization tools such as VMware and Hyper-V
Cloud experience - Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform for system operations.
Implement Veeam or similar technologies for efficient backup and recovery procedures
Ensure network security through the management of protocols, firewalls, and adherence to best security practices
Networking Routers & Switches, & Firewalls. security appliances
Utilize scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation purposes
Networking is a Plus. Manage and transition from Fortinet to Cisco technologies as part of system operations
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience supporting infrastructure, systems administration, and network environments.
Working knowledge of server management, Active Directory, and enterprise system documentation practices.
Experience with networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances.
Hands-on familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Exposure to cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, or similar environments.
Understanding of backup, recovery, and storage technologies in a business setting.
Ability to create or maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or related scripting tools.
Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Dell EMC, and other enterprise infrastructure solutions is preferred.
