What You'll Do- Administer and support server, systems, and network infrastructure
- Maintain and enhance VMware and Windows Server environments
- Manage switching, routing, firewall, and network connectivity
- Support Azure and cloud-focused infrastructure initiatives
- Oversee Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
- Handle patching, updates, alerting, and infrastructure maintenance
- Coordinate scheduled server and network changes, including communication around downtime and maintenance windows
- Support audit readiness, compliance controls, and infrastructure documentation
- Assist with modernization efforts involving VPN, remote access, cloud migration, and data center improvements
- Take ownership of projects and independently drive issues through resolution
Technical Background NeededCandidates should have current, hands-on experience across both
systems and networking.
Preferred experience includes:
*Systems administration and network engineering
*Windows Server & VMware
*Cisco networking, including Cisco Routers, Switches, firewalls, and Cisco Meraki
*Citrix technologies
*Azure and Active Directory
*Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
*SAN/storage administration
*PowerShell scripting
*Patch management and infrastructure lifecycle support
*Remote access technologies such as VPN solutions, Tailscale, or similar tools
*Exposure to Parallels RAS is a plus
