DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Executive IT Support Specialist provides responsive, discreet, and professional technology support to executive leadership, senior management, board members, and other designated VIP stakeholders. This role ensures a secure, reliable, and seamless technology experience across devices, collaboration tools, meeting spaces, remote work environments, travel scenarios, and critical business events. The position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, sound judgment, executive presence, confidentiality, and a service-focused approach in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide professional executive technical support through in-person, remote, phone, and on-demand channels.
- Respond quickly and professionally to issues affecting executive productivity, business continuity, travel, meetings, presentations, or time-sensitive communications.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, docking stations, collaboration tools, and executive workspace technology.
- Prepare, validate, and support technology for executive meetings, board meetings, town halls, video conferences, presentations, off-site sessions, and other high-visibility events.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN, authentication, Microsoft 365, email, calendar, collaboration, and audio/video conferencing issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, networking, endpoint engineering, applications, facilities, and vendors to resolve complex or escalated support matters.
- Identify recurring issues, document root causes, and recommend improvements that reduce disruption and improve the executive technology experience.
- Maintain confidentiality, accurate documentation, asset tracking, ticket updates, and executive technology preferences.
- Ensure executive devices and services remain secure, compliant, current, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Represent IT as a trusted service partner through clear communication, ownership, follow-through, and sound judgment.

- Reduce repeat incidents through proactive analysis, documentation, and process improvement.
- Ensure reliable technology performance for critical meetings, events, presentations, and communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ticket records, asset information, support follow-up, and adherence to security, compliance, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
Basic qualifications- Min 1 year of experience in Information Technology in IT support, desktop support, endpoint support, executive support, or a related technical support function.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies- Experience supporting senior leaders, executive users, VIP clients, or other high-visibility stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, VPN, multifactor authentication, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, identity and access, mobile device, and audio/video conferencing issues.
- Excellent communication, customer service, relationship management, and executive-facing interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with urgency, prioritize competing issues, manage escalations, and provide timely status updates while remaining calm and professional.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience supporting boardroom technology, executive conference rooms, hybrid meeting spaces, video conferencing systems, or event technology.
- Experience with endpoint management and security tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Microsoft Configuration Manager, mobile device management, antivirEDR, or remote support platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365, ITIL Foundation, Apple device support, or comparable credentials.
