Role: Teamcenter Substance Compliance Architect
Work Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite)
Duration: 13+ Months
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· PLM Application Architect and Consulting in Teamcenter Substance Compliance Module
· Hands on expertise on Substance Compliance with implementing multiple substance regulations starting from its import, configuration, customization and rollout into Production
· PLM end to end Implementation and Development, Upgrade, Migration in AWC transition
· PLM Integrations with CAD, ERP, Sharepoint, 3rd Party applications
Key Skills:
· Min 15+ Years of experience with 10+ years as a Teamcenter solution architect
· Must have architected at least 2 Siemens Teamcenter implementation or transformation programs.
· Hands on expertise on Substance Compliance with implementing multiple substance regulations starting from its import, configuration, customization and rollout into Production
· Drive Automation initiatives to improvement productivity and project CM
· Should have strong experience in leading architect team to deliver PLM transformation and implementation initiatives.
· Ability to build strong team in remote conditions
· Should have ability to identify and select right talent
· Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately trained and mentored to deliver the services
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience of managing and mentoring junior talent.
Technical Skills:
· Experience handling large scale Siemens Teamcenter, Mendix, Mindsphere programs is desirable.
· Technical inclination/ understanding to drive the team to recognize and identify trends and issues and drive Service Improvement ideas and implementations
Additional Skills:
· Must have exposure of Engineering and Manufacturing IT implementation/support in various Industry sector
· Ability to work with multiple Vertical and Horizontals and managing internal complexity is key success factor for this role
· Pyramid Management, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast
· Certifications: Siemens Teamcenter, Cloud Certifications
