V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Contract Applications Engineer Mid USA Remote for our premier client USA Remote.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement.
- Experience configuring Sales Engagement Cadences, Work Queues, activity management, and automation.
- Design, configure, develop, and support Salesforce Sales Engagement capabilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations as required.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cadences, Work Queues, Automated Actions, email/call activities, and productivity workflow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, data model, and deployment practices.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud VoiceFamiliarity with AWS services and Salesforce–AWS integration patterns.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS services and Salesforce–AWS integration patterns.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- Experience integrating Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect/AWS services.
- Knowledge of Amazon S3 connectors/integrations, including storage and retrieval of call recordings or related interaction data.
