As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the R&D department supporting product development and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Eagan, MN
Pay Range:$22-$27/hr
Duration:12 months (potential to extend)
What\'s the Job?
\t- Support Product Development Engineers with research and development initiatives \t
- Conduct testing for new product development and product improvement projects \t
- Perform mechanically focused laboratory testing and analysis \t
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports \t
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and lab notebooks following established procedures
What\'s Needed?
\t- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics, chemistry) \t
- 2?3 years of relevant industry experience in a regulated environment \t
- Mechanical testing experience and understanding of physics and material properties \t
- Ability to work independently while following directions and protocols \t
- Strong documentation, organizational skills, and familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
