Genesis10 is currently seeking a Newgen API Configuration Engineer - Hybrid position with a Regional Health Insurance Provider located in Eagan, MN. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $79.00 - $89.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview: This role will configure and support platform workflows, APIs, and integrations within the healthcare provider domain. This position combines hands-on low-code configuration using the Newgen platform with integration development using Node.js and requires collaboration across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support Newgen APIs, workflows, and integrations
- Troubleshoot API, configuration, and system integration issues
- Partner with business and technical teams to implement requirements
- Perform testing, documentation, and deployment of configuration changes
- Develop and support integrations using Node.js
- Support related data integration work using Python, AWS Glue, PySpark, and Spark SQL as needed
- Support production issues as needed
Primary Requirements: - Approximately 3-4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Newgen or a similar low-code application platform
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Node.js development experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a role focused primarily on low-code configuration and API support
Desired Skills: - Direct Newgen platform experience
- Healthcare provider-domain experience
- Experience with Python, AWS Glue, PySpark, Spark, and Spark SQL
