RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Lead - Data Migration & AI Transformation in Englewood, CO.
Summary:
The Program Lead serves as the executive-level owner of a large-scale data modernization program migrating Redshift/Athena workloads to a Databricks + Snowflake Lakehouse. This leader owns overall program delivery, executive governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and client alignment across all workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own overall program delivery and executive governance across all workstreams
* Drive milestone tracking, KPI reporting, and outcome-based delivery tied to fixed-price commitments
* Manage risk posture, RAID escalation, and dependency resolution at the program level
* Lead Steering Committee engagement and executive stakeholder alignment
* Ensure unified governance across Migration and BAU/Future Engineering teams
* Maintain alignment with EchoStar governance tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, VMS)
* Drive client alignment on scope, priorities, and program decisions throughout delivery waves
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of leading large-scale enterprise data or cloud transformation programs
* Proven track record managing multi-workstream, onshore/offshore delivery models
* Strong executive stakeholder management experience at VP/C-suite level
* Deep experience with outcome-based, fixed-price engagement models
* Experience with cloud data platform migrations preferred (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
