RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Englewood, CO that is seeking an AI Lead - Agentic Migration Factory.
Summary:
The AI Lead defines and drives the AI-first engineering approach for the Agentic Migration Factory, establishing confidence-gated delivery patterns, overseeing multi-agent workflows, and guiding the use of AI-enabled accelerators across migration and transformation workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the AI-first engineering approach and establish confidence-gated AI delivery patterns
* Design and govern multi-agent workflows covering conversion, diagnosis, repair, validation, and deployment\
* Guide Kiro IDE and AWS Bedrock usage across engineering teams
* Oversee AI-enabled accelerators including SnowConvert, LakeBridge/Genie, and Dagify
* Implement and govern context engineering, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations
* Design and deploy custom and managed MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers via AgentCore Gateway
* Enforce human-in-the-loop validation for all AI-generated artifacts
* Ensure AI code labeling, responsible-AI compliance, and auditability standards are met
* Develop AI skills and capability across the engineering team
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation frameworks, or data platform delivery
* Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, agentic frameworks, and LLM-based tooling
* Strong understanding of Spark, SQL, and orchestration patterns
* Experience with enterprise AI governance and responsible-AI practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
