Job Summary
- Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer requirements, FAR/DFARS, and applicable government contract requirements.
- Lead internal, customer, registrar, and government audits.
- Manage nonconformances, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and quality escapes.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Monitor supplier quality and corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and government representatives.
- Track quality metrics, including defects, scrap, rework, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Lead and develop Quality personnel.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records, traceability, and compliance documentation.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

- Ability and willingness to make independent quality decisions, including placing product on hold when requirements are not met
Required Experience and Education - Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of quality experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Experience with audits, corrective action, nonconformance management, and root-cause analysis.
- Government contracting experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS preferred.
- Experience working with aerospace customers and/or government contractors preferred.
Base Compensation: USD 115,000.00 - 130,000.00Paid Salaried
