Our client is seeking a Application Operations Technician in Tampa, FL
Role Description
Operating system patching and updates
Technical issue triage and troubleshooting
Application deployment support
System and process documentation
Basic SQL, networking, and infrastructure support
Escalate issues when needed while resolving what they can independently
Skills & Requirements
Entry level 1-2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience preferred
Strong Windows experience
Proactive, go getter personality with a desire to learn
Exposure to Windows Server administration.
Experience with IIS, Windows Services, or Scheduled Tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
Basic PowerShell or scripting experience.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar issue tracking systems.
Familiarity with Agile software development.
Experience supporting Windows and web-based business applications.
