Cleared Healthcare Data Analyst
This is a Full-Time (W2) Position (Hybrid-Remote 3 Days Per Week On-Site/In-Office) in Falls Church, VA supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This position does require an Active Government Secret (or Higher) Security Clearance. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays is inclusive to this position.

- 1 Junior Data Analyst (Under 5 years Experience)
o Salary Target: $85K-$120K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant years of professional experience and background related to the position)
- 1 Senior Data Analyst (Over 5 years Experience)
o Salary Target: $120K- $145K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant years of professional experience and background related to the position)
Contract Term: 7 Months (With Additional Option Years)
Requirements: Active Secret (Or Higher) Government Security Clearance; Completed Bachelor’s Degree; Relevant Professional experience supporting Federal Government Healthcare Operations including advanced Microsoft Excel, R/Python/SQL, Data Engineering/Data Science, Strong communication & team collaborative skills

Junior Data Analyst
This individual will play a key role in supporting healthcare optimization and staff optimization efforts while interfacing directly with clients.
The ideal candidates can efficiently and effectively translate technical concepts to senior leaders in a complex healthcare environment and manage leadership materials and briefs that may be routed to executive leaders.
Required Skills
- Healthcare operations experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI / Tableau (or willingness to train up)
- R/Python/SQL proficiency (or willingness to train up)
- Data Analytics/Engineering Background
- Strategic planning and strategic communications
- Meeting facilitation and stakeholder alignment
- Strong client presence and executive communication
- Cross-functional collaboration (clinical, operational, and leadership teams)
- Ability to lead client work with minimal oversight
