Description
The Mortgage Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining system stability, implementing enhancements, supporting users, and driving continuous improvements that help deliver an exceptional experience for both employees and members. Administer user accounts, roles, personas, and permissions within the Mortgage Lending System, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews Configure and maintain system settings, business rules, workflows, input forms, and custom fields to support operational needs Develop, test, document, and implement system enhancements and process improvements Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, monitor system performance, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors Manage system releases and updates, including impact analysis, testing, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication Support integrations and third-party vendor tools, including document providers, pricing engines, and credit and verification services Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts while ensuring data integrity and consistency across environments Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams to support audits, maintain controls, and ensure secure system configurations Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration inventories Serve as a resource for end users by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations **Conversion Salary is $68,000 - $80,000 (Max can be $85,000 if they have prior encompass experience)

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Three to five years of experience administering or supporting a mortgage lending system or comparable mortgage LOS Experience with user access management, system configuration, and workflow administration Prior experience with Encompass and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools preferred Strong understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle, from application through closing and funding Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues while effectively partnering with business users and vendors

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
