Our client, a leading innovator in high-precision manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated ERP Specialist to own, optimize, and scale their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. responsibilities:
- System Ownership & Data Integrity: Act as the primary owner of ERP master data (Item Masters, BOMs, routings, work centers, and labor standards) to ensure seamless Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionality.
- Workflow Optimization: Configure and maintain critical ERP workflows, approval matrices, and transaction controls to streamline cross-functional operations.
- Change Control Management: Process and validate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and master data requests with high attention to detail.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead ERP data cleanup initiatives, conduct routine system audits, and implement swift corrective actions to eliminate discrepancies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Support, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to implement approved system upgrades and enhance overall ERP utilization.
- Business Intelligence & Training: Generate actionable reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support executive decision-making. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide ongoing training to end-users.
qualifications:
- 3-5 years of dedicated ERP administration and data management experience specifically within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, MRP functionality, inventory/kitting management, and engineering change control systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and auditing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or highly regulated production environments. - Preferred
- Knowledge of SQL Server database language, basic programming, or custom query writing. - Preferred
