Job Overview:We are currently looking to hire an Sr. Analyst, Analytics within LPL's Client Experience organization. This person will be responsible for leading key aspects of firm-wide analysis & reporting in order to deliver actionable insights about LPL's clients to senior and executive leadership.
Responsibilities will include:- Combine client experience data with operational, usage, and financial data to fuel positive changes in support of LPL's mission.
- Analyze client and advisor feedback alongside operational and business performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Become a key analytics partner for LPL's new Feedback Connect platform and related Voice of Customer programs.
- Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders monitor client experience performance and emerging issues.
- Use SQL and analytical tools to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Partner with multiple business units to drive customer-experience initiatives and operational improvements.
- Support the expansion and adoption of customer feedback programs, advisor communities, and Net Promoter System best practices.
- Influence cross-functional roadmaps by providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and measurable outcomes.
Required- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or customer experience analytics.
- SQL skills with the ability to analyze and combine data from multiple sources.
- Experience building dashboards (Tableau preferred).
- Working knowledge of financial services and/or customer experience programs.
- Ability to independently drive projects, communicate insights, and influence business decisions.
Preferred- Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, Medallia, or similar data and feedback management platforms.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling visual storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
- Medallia certification
- Executive communication skills and experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
- Background in mathematics, statistics, data science, or applied analytics.
Pay Range: $85,902.00 - $143,170.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
