Assist with training, process documentation, and change management activities.

Utilities Industry Collaboration

Work closely with utility operations, finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, and other business functions.
Understand operational requirements associated with a geographically distributed utilities organization.
Ensure SAP processes align with enterprise operational needs, regulatory considerations, and business objectives.
Coordinate requirements and implementation activities across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications

Direct experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes, functional requirements, and system integrations.
Experience facilitating workshops and working directly with business and technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with process mapping, gap analysis, requirements documentation, and UAT.
Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex, multi-location enterprise projects.
Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Maine.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with utility-specific business processes, including asset management, maintenance operations, and financial reporting.
Experience working alongside major SAP implementation partners or systems integrators.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Experience supporting organizational change management and enterprise transformation initiatives.
