We are looking for an experienced SAP PCS Lead with strong expertise in SAP ECC Production Planning, Production Control & Scheduling, and Shop Floor Execution.

Position: SAP PCS Lead

Key Skills Required:

SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) and Production Control & Scheduling (PCS)
Manufacturing BOMs (MBoM), Work Centers, Routings, and Production Orders
Production Order Lifecycle, MTS/MTO, Collective Orders, and WBS Integration
Material Master: MRP, Scheduling, Costing, and Classification
Revision Management, Engineering Change Management (ECM), and Production Order Kitting
Subcontracting, Rework, Order Splitting, and Shortage Reporting
SAP integration with PLM and MES systems
Requirements Gathering, SAP Configuration, Functional Specifications, and Test Planning

Preferred: SAP S/4HANA and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience.

Note: Parameter effectivity knowledge is a plus; training will be provided.
